All you need is a graphics card with TV-in, and you just... plug it in. Quality's poor though.
I've done this before. I just plugged the arial into my TV card and it worked. Not everyone has a TV card though, but it's extremely simple if you have got one...
Im sure it can be done. You want the PS2 to run through the pc and output on the moniter?
You can connect it through the video card, but you need a video input in your PCs video card for that, so you can play/take screenshots of your PS2 games. Not sure how else you mean.
