Hi.. I need a bit of advice. When I send an email from my iphone it doesn't appear in my Outlook 'sent' file on my laptop and visa-versa. Received mail appears in both inboxes so I don't know what the issue is.. Can someone help with fixing this?

And yes, I know I can't spell syncing!

Hi - welcome to the forum!

Can you confirm you are using IMAP rather than a POP account?

I don't actually use IMAP myself but I'm assuming this will do what you are after.
