I have had a Get Dotted site for quite a few years.

Recently I forgot to renew it and all seems to be gone plus my emails sent to [email protected].
Can I renew my website today please?

It looks like another provider have control of that now?

See what Freeola say - it might be better raising a Support Ticket.
