I'm still getting details on this, but one of my clients (a long time Freeola broadband customer) has just received an email saying they have used their monthly allowance up on the MAXFAMILY (40GB + unmetered out of hours) package.
They have never used their metered allowance before as they are pretty strict only streaming video etc. after 7pm when it's unmetered.
I thought I would start with a forum post in case there's a general hiccup in the system and the problem isn't at their end?
