I use both Google and Microsoft/Bing Maps - there are so many things to keep an eye on with web development it's easy to get caught out every now and then!
MS Bing maps EOL'd their maps version 6.3 during the week (I think it was the 23rd August). It's been depreciated for a while but I've had my head in the sand :¬P

After seeing some other people mentioning this to Microsoft...
With the very old version of Virtual Earth (Bing Maps) you didn't need to sign up for an API KEY.
This meant that people using maps like this didn't receive any notifications. Signing up for a KEY which is now mandatory with both Microsoft and Google Maps means that notifications should reach you. Obviously this also makes things easier to control for MS and Google.
