I am an absolute fanatic about computer games and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get into the games industry (job wise). It would be my dream job!!!!!!!!!
i remember reading some articles in a magzine (pc gamer) on how to get into the game industry, you could start of as a games reviewer by applying to a mag or a popular web site, or if you are more of a programmer you could send some of your work (i.e. a demo, showing of your skills) to big companies and you might get a job, other way are through applying through technical support etc, there are hundreds of way but you'll have to do some research to get in the way you want.
In some magazines, they advertise gaming jobs. I think Games Master or CVG.
