I have a website that has been hosted previously with a different ISP, when loading with freeola I get the following error
Warning: require_once(/htdocs/classes/class_item.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /v**/www/ vip**/sites/ vip********/ httpd/htdocs/index.php on line 5
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/htdocs/classes/class_item.php' (include_path='.') in /v**/ www/vip**/ sites/vip******** /httpd/htdocs/index.php on line 5
The file and folder exists but im.guessing there is an error in my config.php file, or maybe not.!
The spaces in the warnings and errors are there to allow me to post
please help if you can.

Try removing /htdocs/ from the path to the included file.
