They only announced yesterday that he is leaving Villa in the summer...Now he has gone and signed (pendind medical) for Man City! Nearly as bad as Cambell moving to Arsenal from Tottenham...Schmeichel was a United Legend...he cant be playing for city!

LOL, you obviously didn't make many visits to Villa Park this season. He is past it, plain and simple.

I heard about it last week premimership highlights.
Man City are going back down as soon as they arrive in the top flight.
He started this season well - and even scored in the league for Villa!!
But maybe the time is coming nearer for him to quit.

All I've got to say about that :D.
As for Encklemen, he is probably one of the best keepers in the premiership. Half way through the season, Coco got injured and Encklemen stepped in. Let in one goal in three games then as soon as Coco is fit, he is straight back in the team. Where's the sense in that?

Schmeichel has been poor this season, i think his age is catching him up.
Apart from the odd good save he has been no better than enkelman.

well the villa will miss him, but enkelman (sp) seems an adequate replacement for the great dane
