Project Gotham's sound on level 3 is most annoying; ‘I mean the count down at the start’ it reminds me of the Angelus bells at 6 o clock and 12 o clock JEEZ can they put on some other sound on there instead of that it gives me the willies

Yeah I don't see why not! Just call up Bizzare Creations, make them do a full recall of all products (making them loose hundreds of thousands of pounds). Then they can remove the Big Ben chime - at your request - and program in Jingle Bells instead.

And remember, if they protest "the customer is always right". There you go, no sweat.

The number for Bizzare Creations is probably on the back of the PGR box.
