I have lost track of my password so when I try to access my ip3.com email account it of course asks me to reset the password... and then sends the reminder to my email account ..... which I can't access...because I don't have the password..

Am I missing something here?

You are correct, ip3.com isn't a Freeola address.

For security reasons, much the same as any other user account online, a password reset can ONLY be sent to the address used to manage the account (in this case, your ip3.com address). This is not us being awkward, it's simple security.

However, please read my colleague's previous response to your ticket enquiry, as this gives you two options for having your domains moved into a SINGLE Freeola account to which you do have access.

I assume, given the details you supplied in your ticket, that this would pretty much solve your problem.
