I've heard rumors that this is true, but my friends say it's bogus. What do you think?

i think it will come out 4 gamecube just wait till e3 as rockstar said that they have big announcements anyway nintendo are known to creat the big news at these kinds of events , i think it will come out 4 gamecube as rockstar is making a mature title 4 gamecube called mafia its like gta3 but in 1930 s or something but its coming out 4 another console i think pc or xbox but not 4 ps2 looks like nintendo r getting big games. but please miyamoto i hop the rumors i heard from web sites suggest that u will make a mature zelda title 4 those who didnt like the cell shded game, it doesnt give the game its full potential even though it is the graphics but its more, look at oot 4 n64 now that was a excellant game, in zelda gamecube cell shaded one link looks like a fool with big japanesea aname eyes come on nnity listen to us europeans and americans who voted 4 a mature title zelda fro a moe realistic look i think it will happen as miyamoto said that we will see what people say about cell shaded zelda then just wait

I use to want GTA3 to come out on GC. But I just got a PS2 so I'm not too bothered anymore. I'd still like to see it come to Gamecube though, so that all you peeps without both consoles will be able to play it too! It'd be good for the Gamecube if it was released. We'll just have to wait n see as to wether or not it gets a release!

Theres a chance, many magazines and tv shows have tried to find out but Rock star games are keeping quiet. Its coming out on the GBA so we may see it over here. That would be nice because that game is great and easily the best on PS2 :)j

As far as I know, it's just a rumour.

It has been denied by Rockstar in the past though.
