Looking into your account I can see that you do not currently have an active Freeola Broadband Connection or an active VIP Web Hosting service.
If you should require any assistance to subscribe to one of our services please contact us via the support page.
'We' get quite a few similar posts - before getting too involved can I check you are on a Freeola internet connection or using VIP hosting?
