Last weekend the 30 minutes interruption lasted a couple of hours... Are your providers better prepared this time as it looks like service only came back after you intervened?

Ah that was some 3rd party fibre maintenance that neither our provider or us were informed about. It was purely coincidence that our providers maintenance finished pretty much as the 3rd party started their maintenance.
