The game I am talking about is Metal Gear Solid 2. Yes, it was very good, but not as amazing as it was hyped to be. The first opening chapter was ace. The water effects were amazing. The cut scene that showed the soldiers taking over the boat very well done too.
Time after time, as you go through the game, you have to stop for codec messages. This is fine, but after a time they get boring. There are far too many, and they interrupt the game action far too often. As well as that there are cut scenes which go on for too long, some up to 15 minutes. You want to carry on with the game but you can't. You can skip the cut scenes and the codec messages, but you would miss what was going on in the story.
The boat level was the best chapter, but the problem was that it is too short and is over very quickly.
Then, you move on to the plant where you play a different character called Raiden. I think he is less cool than Solid Snake. You meet this bomb disposal guy and you have disarm bombs with a spray. It was alright, but not fun.
Another disappointing thing about the game is the theme music which is one of my favourite tunes ever, but guess what you only hear it once or twice.
As you play through the game you think there is going to be a very strong ending, but it is disappointing. It wasn't as big as you expected. It got too clever and went into lots of detail which it did not need.
A hyped game, which was very good but not as amazing as everyone had expected.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.

Nothing but admiration. I have been complimented on the church site that I manage through you and everybody thinks I am an IT genius. Your support is unquestionably outstanding.
