You can find this book in google's book search. The preview facility allows you to view 90% of the book itself.
Looks to be a book aimed at beginners really, it doesnt look like that anybody with previous experience has much to gain from it.

Yeah one is listed at £74 (Used!) all get the Freeola one but am crafty!! am going to wait till the January Sale starts, it may be rudeced to half price or more! :)

Click the 'more buying options' - if I've found the page you are looking at there are just two USED ones for sale - RRP £16.80 used price £54???
Looks like you'll need the ISBN number to compare like for like as Amazon list two very similar versions with the same title (different editions/years?) I'll let you do the search.
Ask Freeola of the ISBN number as it's a bit tricky just going by the cover image as they are also very similar.
Or just buy the Freeola one which looks fine :¬)
