I'm on the first main boss (on the helicopter where you have to launch them crates at him)I have 4 explosive darts, 10 explosive ammo for rocket launcher, about 3 acid rounds and about 3 flame rounds. I have other ammo i.e. about 100 normal darts and about 30 handgun bullets but I assume these guns are pretty useless. Basically wondering if I'm fighting a losing battle due to lack of ammo, as I read in this tips book that it's good to have at least 10 explosive dart rounds.
Am I fkt?! please help!

ten rounds is good but is not definatley needed, the key is to shoot non stop starting with your best weapons and working back, I had 3 explosive darts when I fought him and I did it so you will have no problems. I have completed the game so if you need any more help just start a thread and I will help you out.

No, as soon as you walk in launch the crate at him sending him near to the back of the plane, then use all the ammo you have to shoot the hell out of him and keep launching the crates as soon as you hear that it is ready, eventually he will be sent flying to the back and with no grip so he will fall out, don't bother about wasting ammo because this is where chris takes over with a whole host of new weapons, remember to keep launching the crate and using all your best weapons to finish him off, then go back to the cockpit for a long cut-scene, hope this helps!
