I wouldn't go with them right now, the really do suck. I tried them and still can't get to my accout. First they didn't send me an E-mail with my details, when I asked for it, they still didn't. Then they said they'd screwed up there system so sent out new passwords to people ... which I did get :o) ... but that doesn't even work.
I only wanted the MySQL bit of them anyway, to test scripts, but to hell with them.
Go with Freeola for a good free bannerless Host, they do not suck :o).
Speaking of my site, the server is finally up so I can finally get round to uploading it. I'll let y'all know when it's done and dusted.

Bookmark that site, it's going to be huge :D.

I used MS Paint for all of those wallpapers, y'know. Except for the animating of them.
You won't be able to use paint to make very good images either, you will have to invest in a much better program than this, but you might be able to find a cheap one somewhere on download.com. They have quite a few good, little programs that can become extremely useful.
Also, many mysiwyg editors change the visible view into reels and reels of HTML that just isn't necessary. Microsoft Front Page does this. If you ever learn HTML, you will realize how stupid it is. It makes it hard for other webmasters who want to have a quick look at your source, and it's all garbled and gives you a headache.
I strongly reccomend:
- Notepad for source editing.
- Paint for basic image editing.
- A more developed imaging program for high end imaging.
- MapThis! if you are intending to use image maps.
- dtp-aus.com to learn HTML
- portland.co.uk for free bannerless web hosting.
- hostedscripts.com for free cgi scripts. (counters and mailform especially.)
Hope these suggestions help you and others! None of them cost anything.
Also, are you handwriting your website in HTML or are you using a WYSIWYG editor (frontpage, dreamweaver etc.)?
