Doesn't surprise me when the likes of David Hasslehoff (sp?) gets number ones there. Although it is a good tune, they are idiots for buying it.

I can remember Frank Skinner saying that the German FA tried to get him and David Baddiel to sing Germany's version of the song. They, rightly, said no.

If they would of, they would of been greeted by a lynching mob on their arrival back into our country.

On a completely different note, have you all heard that Schmeichel will not be signing an extension on his contract :D. Great news from my point of view :D.

I agree I think Blanc was brilliant all night, noone could actualy get passed him in most of the match. he deserves credit.

anyone see the Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid match? That was absolutely disgusting when Effenberg went to take the corner and had a barrage of objects thrown at him. I wouldn't have blamed him if he had walked off the pitch and i hope Madrid are going to get punished for that. Couldn't believe either the Madrid players such as Figo were complaining of time wasting when that happened.

I didn't think Blanc played that bad really, apart from the own goal of course. I take my hat off to Man Utd, they played well and deserved the victory and rest assured, I will definately be cheering for them against the Germans. It really peeved me off when I heard them playing 'Three Lions' after they beat Liverpool.

He just wanted to join in on the act. He must have had such a luahg over the "Barthez and Brown comedy act" last time Deportivo came to town. Blanc just coudnt resist but join in on the act! At least Brown and Barthez didnt go for an encore this time round...

lets talk sport. What about that Man U match with deportivo? Fantastic performance specialy veron. He played very well. 2 for solskjaer and 1 for giggs it was a great match. I hate Blanc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I already hated him enough but the own goal looked like it was on purpose!
