I know advance HTML (frames tables forms cgi scripting etc.) plus basic JavaScript. I don't cheat using front page so your site will be pure, simple, functional and fast-loading.
I also know all the best and cheapest ways to set up websites using reliable .co.uk services and not dodgy .com ones!
All I ask is that if your site becomes popular, I recieve some of the revenue.
