So, an online game for the PS2? What was it called, EverQuest Adventures or something?

Hopefully it won't be all about Elves, Dwarves and magic, and won't include a Princess, a King or a Knight. Well actually a Knight would be cool, but certainly not a Princess.

I'm not even sure when the modem's being released over here, anyone know? Even though I probably won't get it, it's still interesting to see Sony taking the big step into online games. Obviously, this is to try and challenge Phantasy Star Online for the GameCube, but can it succeed?

Phantasy Star will probably be more successful because of the success it had on the Dreamcast (RIP), but with the massive userbase the PS2 has you never know...

Sounds like a fasntastic game, especially since it has a good reputation on the PC. Sorry if this makes me sound stupid but I'm sorry, I don't know a thing about online games, but will this have a single player mode? So that if I don't have a modem I can still play it?

Oh yeah, quick note, I loved the last line of the report, SR. "To all those who sneer that the PS2 'won't be a proper online console'? Eat this news and go sneer in the corner. Over there." Genius. :D

So, thoughts?

You haven't got a beard either, you've just sellotaped a few pubic hairs to the bottom of your chin.

It's one of the beardy games that beards spend half their life on, so really it's a load of beardy crap.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
