It took me days and weeks to finally crack the game, learing the best way to jump, to increase speed, how to do certain tricks, specials, whats a good combination, how to do a no comply... the learning curve was stupidly steep it was like learning to swim for the first time and being thrown in the deep end. But after 1 frustrating month I finished it and left it to rot... and then my PS2 owning friend got the third, well what is the worst that can happen? Might as well give it a go! And that first level was sooooo easy, it was pathetic whilst my friend for the first time couldn't string two moves together...
Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 has given me the ability to enjoy all future sequels, the GBA versions and even the older games... the fact is it taught me how to play the game and I recommend if you get one of these games conquer that learning curve because if you don't then you'll be missing out on one of the greatest games series of all time!
There we are Activision and Neversoft can pay me now.
