I found that when he fires missiles jump down and hang from the side of the roof.Also when he creates a line of fire jump over it by running at it and pressing x to flip over it. To hurt him when he attacks dodge him and run to the back of him and press the R3 button(right analogue stick).Also you can flip into him and if you're lucky(you don't need much luck) you can Knock him down or stop him attacking but this does'nt hurt him.
