Does anyone know how long until this is resolved? We are a business who rely on Saturday trading online. Can we host our site anywhere else temporarily?

Phew - website's back up!

Just in time as I'm due to announce re-launch at the club in 30minutes time!

Please keep an eye on our Network Status Page. We'll try and update it as often as possible but for now we are waiting for a provider to fix the issue.

Well it looks like it's still down.
Curse my luck - I re-launched my football club website today as it is matchday and no-one can see it which has been a bit embarrassing.
Hopefully they can fix it very soon.

Yes it seems the issue has returned. Really sorry about this. We're doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Sadly it hasn't been resolved. Very disappointing we've lost a whole morning of sales and as a start up this is critical

We always try to post to our network status page when there are problems, which we did this morning.
This incident was a bit out of our control as it was a network core issue. The party responsible seems to have resolved the issue now and service has been restored. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
