Looks like you might need the paid for option or move from BT to Freeola! Works great for me :¬)
[s]Hmmm...[/s] I've just tested FTPing to a few of my sites on Web Server 8 using Filezilla and all seems to be fine.
More details required really...
I take it you are using a Freeola internet connection or have a 'Freedom' account?
Has FTP access previously been working ok and you've just started seeing this error?
