I didn't even know you could get internet with Freeola??? I have BT Broadband. And no, this is the first time I have tried to FTP.

I've just tested FTPing to a few of my sites on Web Server 8 using Filezilla and all seems to be fine.
More details required really...
I take it you are using a Freeola internet connection or have a 'Freedom' account?
