thanks for all the replys but i have just bought tekken tag and i love it, thanks though.

Timesplitters was one of my first PS2 games, and along with SSX where worth all the £40 it cost to buy them. Its a must buy on platinum if you haven't already got it.

Gameplay
The single player isn't great, but the game more than shines trough in multiplayer. Its packed full of options to keep you and your friends playing for hours. 9/10

Reply Value
Single plaey doesn't really have enough to keep you coming back for more, but you do get more levels and playable charecters for the multiplayer mode. 8/10

Graphics
A bit rushed looking, but only a bit. Great level and charecter design which distinguish this game from most other FPS on the PS2. 9/10

Sound
OK arcadey style music with a few funny voice overs, but nothing special. 7/10

Lastability
You'll complete single player game pritty fast but there is plenty to come back for in the multiplayer mode. 9/10

Overall 9/10 Well worth £20.

I can't really compare the three platinums I've owned as they are so different.
But for what it's worth here's my input...

Red Faction - thoroughly enjoyed this game. Took me around 14 hours to complete and will certianly play again. Graphics and sound aren't the greatest, but to be honest, this is my fav PS2 FPS!

Gran Turismo 3 - this isn't going to be popular, but I'm afraid I didn't like this game. Yes, it's a very realistic driving sim, but I didn't warm to the graphics, handling, nor gameplay. I returned the game!

Tekken Tag Tournament - not a great fan of beat-em-ups, but thought I'd give this a shot. Graphics and sound are ok. Gameplay is typical beat-em-up. If you can be bothered learning all the characters moves, I'm sure it'll be quite good title. Afraid the game simply didn't encourage me to invest time, so I returned it!

Of the 3 platinums I've purchased I'd recommend Red Faction.
