"New 'Evil Dead' DVD release!!!"

Not actually a new film, but the 'special edition' re-released in a special 'Book of the Dead' cover! It's amazing - an actual book of the dead of your very own! I spotted it whilst I was in Virgin buying 'O-Town, Live in New york' (and I'm not kidding), and I didn't even hesitate to fork out for it.

The commentary in Evil Dead 2 is great, just like in Evil Dead 1 he's always making fun of himself and the film

It does rock. Got it myself, very very cool. Smells a bit like glue though, but it's got ALL the little drawings from the film in! I can't read it though, which is probably not a bad thing.

Have you listened to the commentary with Bruce Campbell? He rules.

Haven't got a Virgin Shop near me, only got MVC and their Horror section consists of The Faculty and I Know What you did last Summer..

I already own Evil Dead 2 on DVD, got it with Se7en for £20 in HMV

Looks like I'll be buying this new release though, I've been looking for Evil Dead 1 for ages, never seen it in the shops on DVD

Why order it when you can just walk into Virgin and pick up one of the dozens of copies they had. There was only one O-Town video left though - tells you which is the more popular, doesn't it!

I ordered my copy the other day, not O Town I meant the Evil Dead. NOw all they need to do is re-release Evil Dead 2 with some tasty extra's and i'll be happy.

I reckon Evil Dead 2 should come in a severed hand case...
