Right straight to the point who thinks Zelda would make one hell of a great film. Who do u think should play Link Frodo baggins look alike I think what do you think ?
Is everyone on here too old to remember those mega flop game-movie films?

Wing Commander
Things have got slightly better over the last few years but that is purely in revenue terms. Lets face it these films will hardly be regarded as classics, will they?

Tomb Raider
Final Fantasy
The general rule is that a game spawned from a film is generally better than a film spawned from a game, of cause there will be some exceptions.
Finally can anyone remember Big Trouble in Little China, This was not only a reasonable film but also an excellent game (It was either for the Spectrum or The Amstrad).

I don't know the story of MOH:AA but isn't the highlight of it the Saving Private Ryan-esque beach scene? If it is, then that would no doubt be the highlight of the movie and that would mean it would be compared to Saving Private Ryan the whole way and would never be able to live up to it.
As for a Zelda film, I'd prefer it if they didn't make it. It could be good done right, but looking at all other game to film movies, they're never done right. Everything about Zelda is quality. If they make a film, it won't ALL be quality.
However, I'd take the chance with an MGS film as I think that could be good. Only if it was directed by me of course.
