Your Status page item for the Webmail issue says:
"Some customers may have old messages that are missing subjects."
Just to let you know that for me all fields are blank apart from 'date' and 'size'. New messages are also appearing like this.
NB. This is with Standard email accounts, Webmail with email-pro is fine.

New mail should be coming in correctly now.
We have all the mail files and folders and we're working on rebuilding the database data that allows these to display correctly.
