I just created my contact group but the list has grey font on grey base.
How do I change the colour in order to see it cleraer?

You don't say what version of Outlook you are using.
I'm guessing it could be connected to a theme or category colour?

I would try searching the inbuilt Help as it's pretty good.

EDIT: I'm not a Mac user but there is a regular here that uses Outlook/Mac so may be able to comment better than me.
