Hi,

For the past week or so, I've not been able to see my Google Analytics pages.

I have tried doing a shift-refresh, but each time I just get a white page.

If I click on Page Source, I see my info, so something is there.

I've tried changing my DNS from OpenDNS to Freeola but that makes no difference.

I'm using Mavericks (Mac). I've tried Chrome and Firefox and get the same result.

Any ideas?

Neil

Windows XP is nice and stable for me :¬)
When MS support ends April 2014 I might have to think about upgrading!

Mavericks appears to have a whole host of bugs, going by the feedback on various sites, and given that both your current issues started since updating to this, it seems likely in your case that this is relevant.

Perhaps you should roll back to something that works...

I think I might go for a reinstall at some point.

I have up-to-date backups so it's not a big deal to format.

If you are happy it's not a browser add-on then all I can suggest is you try my other earlier suggestion re. error logs.

Well that didn't last long.

Blank page again.

I tried the browser in safe mode which made no difference, but weirdly, I just updated Roboform and it's reappeared. Odd.

I forgot I had the app. It's very good.

Blimey you don't seem to be having much luck with your Apple stuff! ;¬)

Have you tried loading the browser in safe mode in case an addon is causing this?

You could also use the browser debugger tools and see if any errors are being logged.

NB. Google's Android Analytics app is good!
