I am unsure if Microsoft can live up to their promises though. It has been widely reported on Gaming sites (Daily Radar, IGN etc...) that the X-BOX's Central PIII Processor will slow down considerably due to the counter surgeing power being forced about by the system. Leaving it just over par with the PS2 and possibly NGC.
The games for it though give the X-BOX hope, thats for sure and I do feel come this time next year it will still topple the PS2. But I cant see Microsoft living up to it's high spec promises. Time will tell. But Nintendo should wipe out the competition with the quality of the games and third party support.
