Is Sven going to choose the intelligent passive player Nick Barmby. Sheringham one of Man U's great players being their top scorer in 2000-2001 (21 goals). One of Svens heroes during the 2-2 greece match. Is Vassel going he is a class player but very young. Phillip Nevill will these pluss other top class players going such as Owen Hardgraves.
The reason Barmby has not been included was because he has been injured for most of the season and so is not match fit and this is probably why he will not go to Korea and Japan.
I think that Barmby's a definite choice, as he seems to be the preffered player on the left-wing.
Sheringham will also be included, due to his experience and good finnishing abillity.
Phill Neville is also a yes. He's a good right back, who can also adapt to the left back position and cover for Cole.
He'll be ok as long as his tackles have improved since Euro 2000!
As for Vassel, althouhg he's played well, I don't think he's experienced enough to cope at the World Cup level.
And Hargreaves is a good possibillity - due to his versitallity across the midfield, but again, he's also quite in-experienced. But still, he has a good chance of being chosen as a squad player. And he does have Champions' League experience under his belt also.
So maybe...
