I've just registered with bt openworld and throughtout my brousing and E.Mailing I keep getting a dialogue box telling me "I have chosen to ignore an incoming call and to click OK". After about six annoying "POP UPS" I am disconnected and have to re-connect. I am running windows XP Home Edition. Can anyone help, CHEERS.

I'm still having the same annoying pop up message even after checking settings. Nothing in there to solve the problem

Nope! No! Do not, under ANY circumstance, phone the techies, they are complete muppets who can no more fix your problem for you than I could probably sprout wings and fly to the moon.

Part of your problem IMO is the fact that you have Windows XP Home edition, as my own experience of that product has shown it to be a complete pile of unadulterated, buggy, incompatible S***E!
