'Everything I do I Do It For You' by Bryan Adams still haunts me till this day and will probably continue to until the day I pass away (then again, knowing my luck I'll still be hearing it in haven or would that be hell?).

It was the Summer of 91, She was young pretty and innocent, well come to think of so was I. We spent all summer doing 'romantic' things set to a background of Everything I Do..., well you couldn't escape it, it was number 1 for 16 weeks and always on the radio.

Well all good things come to an end. For us it was back to school, where we slowly drifted apart, further and further apart (she moved to Lincoln). As for Bryan, well he was finally Knocked off number one, I can't remember who by but I'm sure someone on here will know (I was too busy looking for my second true love).

I eventually found my second true love and my third and fourth etc etc and in each of these relationships we had our tune but as those memories have faded away, I am now just left with memories of my first true love..................... and that blooming song!

Sometimes I feel like I don't have a partner, sometimes I feel like, my only friend, is the city I live in, the city of angels..lonely as I am, together, we cry...

*finds that groovy song*

Aww. Pretty eh? Hmm. That's very sweet. And I shall continue not to tell you my "song of first love". I'll just dance around singing it a bit. I'm sure my first, first, first one was something by the Spice Girls, so we won't go down that avenue of mini skirts and theigh high boots. *cough* slappers *cough*. But obviously that wasn't my first love because it was in primary school, which doesn't count.

So I will end this tragic tale with...

"I'm closer to where I started, I'm chasing after you...
I'm falling even more in love with you, letting go of all I've held on to, I'm standing here until you make me move, I'm hanging by a moment here with you."
