It was the Summer of 91, She was young pretty and innocent, well come to think of so was I. We spent all summer doing 'romantic' things set to a background of Everything I Do..., well you couldn't escape it, it was number 1 for 16 weeks and always on the radio.
Well all good things come to an end. For us it was back to school, where we slowly drifted apart, further and further apart (she moved to Lincoln). As for Bryan, well he was finally Knocked off number one, I can't remember who by but I'm sure someone on here will know (I was too busy looking for my second true love).
I eventually found my second true love and my third and fourth etc etc and in each of these relationships we had our tune but as those memories have faded away, I am now just left with memories of my first true love..................... and that blooming song!
Hum...guess one song that sticks with me through relationship with Jess is Under the Bridge, RHCP version.. just remember watching them with her at v2001. Listening to it now actually, heh..
