Diego Forlan has yet to rifle the net for Man Utd, what do you think of him so far..

Was he worth the 6 mil Utd paid for him or do you think we should have saved the money and got Di Canio for 3 mil instead?

Remember he is only 22 and hopefully the futures bright for him.

Di Canio??? BAH! Forlan's a much better deal!
Aswell as having an impressive reputation for goalscoring in Argentina, he's also still young, and has a lot more to offer United in the many years to come!

I can't wait to see his full potential!!
And I think he deserves congratulations for getting callled upto the Uruguay squad! *clap clap clap*
It may be down to recognition from signing for United, but good games for his country could help his United career along nicely also!

Diego Forlan shows all of the potential to be a top class striker, and as Ortega said, he just needs one to bang a heap of them in. Like Owen, he has lightning pace and excellent control. He has fitted into Manchester Uniteds style of play and I hope to see him being the next star for the reds very soon.

Forlan's play up front has been impressive, he's done everything but score, so it time he could be very good indeed.

I think his all round play is very good. Just needs that one goal to gain his confidence in front of goal.

Scored on his Debut for Uruguay last week ya know...He is still very young. Only 22 I believe, so still a long career ahead of him.

Will take him time to adapt, always hard to come to a new league...especially when you are coming all the way from Argentina. New climate also to consider.

He will get used to it in time and I believe he should not be properly judged till next season.

On another note...Fergie should have kept Andy Cole until the summer and then signed a new striker.

Yorkie should be on the move in the summer so hopefully we will be getting another striker during the summer.
