has anyone got this game if so can you tell me bits about it as i'm still undecided on whether to buy it or not as i've got NBA Live 2002 so is it worth getting another basketball game. Also has SR got it in stock as it's not in the top 50 of ps2 titles

Yes all teams are real but you only get to pick 3 players from the team-I think some of the players are made up but all the key ones are in there

ah yea trust me i haven't been anywhere near a english review of NBA Street. All that you'll get with them is about a page out of a 2 page review just saying how they don't understand basketball blah blah. They don't know a thing about basketball and usually dock a point off because it has NBA in the title. But like the same i wouldn't listen to an englishman review NBA Street i wouldn't listen to an American review cricket 2002 before anyone starts having a go at me.

one question though does it have all the NBA teams in it like the Lakers, Knicks, Spurs etc etc. Or are they all made up?

Dont listen to any reviews coming out of England about it. Read the American reviews. They totally love it and so do I.

Goes back to the fun old days of NBA JAM back on SNES/Mega drive. Not as extreme but still damn good fun. Loads of cool combo's to pull off and loads of cool players to unlock. Made by EA BIG so if you like SSX tricky you'll probably like this as well. I'd definitely recommend it to ya.

Also a cool thing called "gamebreaker" in it. Basically, there is a gamebreaker level indicator on the top of the screen. it gets filled up every time you do a wicked combo. once you have filled it up totally then you will be able to do a "gamebreaker" When you do this it goes to a sort of cut-scene and it looks really cool. You opponent also loses a point if your gamebreaker goes in. Gamebreakers go in 99% of the time.
