There seems to have been a thief in our office at work, not only did they walk off with the motivation, but they seem to have made away with the cheerfulness and life too, Damn them.
How the heck do you get motivation back, I mean it's one thing to be doing something for the money, but when you find that you're doing it for the same amount of money all the time, it can be a bit disheartening. I asked my wife, and she said 'don't talk such stupid rubbish' - which I took as code for 'I don't know either, it's a good point'.
One day I will find the answer to it all and laugh, if it's not too late by then, of course.
I think the main thing to do is look to see if there is an opening in other parts of the company somewhere.

'I've got to manage my time, just like Johan Cruyff if we do it together we've the meaning of life'
Hmmm...
Of all things, why apathy?
I'm sorry, but that's just not fair. I find a little of my motivation, maybe in the fridge, or behind the curtains, and get started on something, but what happens? That damned apathy comes and takes over.
As the Super Furry Animals sing "Apathy, only ruins me"
Sometimes strong winds lift the feather up high into the sky above the clouds.
Sometimes the wind dies and the feather gets stuck in a hedge....
And to what bird did the feather once belong?
God knows.
Somewhere that bird of meaning is flying free....
