Did anyone get the Guardian Weekend mag for the weekend commencing 30.3.02?
It has a really interestin piece about the 'white race' and its failures - plus an even more intersting piece about Bush, the 'Thif In Chief' got in to power in the US - Most of all, it highlights the absurd country that is the US (Land of the Free? More like - everybodys equal, just some more so than others)
Although I do not try to draw distinctions between the 'white race' and the 'black race' it is very interesting reading.

I read it: very funny and thought-provoking. Micheal Moore is always a good read, and his first (I think) book, Downsize This, is essential reading for anyone still fantasising that the US is a state to be admired and imitated.
