I think everyone can visualize their perfect game. Perhaps even some have played what they consider to be their perfect game. Unfortunately I have not. Hence, here is my personal vision of what would be my perfect game.

GAME TITLE: *Supernovian Sunrider*

GENRE
A Fantasy Flying Adventure/Shoot-em-up (in 3rd person).

LEAD CHARACTER
~Name: Glint Starflurry.
~Species: Transhuman.
~Appearance: Smooth, Reflective Golden Body with Two Incurving Horns on its Faceless Head.
~Transport: A Magic Carpet known as the *Dream Ribbon*.
~Occupation: Time Traveller.
~Ambition/Purpose: To Liberate and bring Peace to the Souls of the Oppressed and Forgotten.
~Age: 4444 years old.
~Gender: Unknown (although the curves of the body suggest Female).
~Place of Origin: Hyperborea - the flourishing land of Eternal Spring located beyond (Hyper-) the North Wind (Boreas).
~Weapon: A Rainbow-beam Laser known as *The Starflurry*.
~Special Attack: 16-way Ricochet Laser Beam Dream Cascade.
~Special Ability: Invisibility.
~Motto: *Perfection is Beautiful Power*.

GAME ENVIRONMENT
Dominated by vivid skies, a massive Dreamscape consisting of mysterious ruins, floating islands, vast architecture, interland labyrinths, fabulous beasts, swirling portals, swaying fields of scarlet flowers, mystical mazes, sun-drenched woodlands, secret passageways, star roads, serene underwater realms, etc, etc. Basically anything and everything magical and fantastical - with the consistent motif of vivid and glorious skies.

VISUAL STYLE
The Dreamscape flashes by in a dreamy blur. The graphics would be flush with psychedelic colour and effervescent lighting FX. All in all, a detailed and "realistic"exotic gameworld brimming with strange beasts, wondrous landmarks and a surreal magical atmosphere. Further to this (and most importantly), the weapon of the lead character would be TRULY explosive - of *supernovian* proportions.

GLINT STARFLURRY'S WEAPON
The Starflurry would have 4 different functions:
1. Lock-on & Destroy Beam (standard use).
2. Lock-on & Move Target Beam (does exactly what it suggests).
3. Sniper Zoom (does exactly what it suggests).
4. Special Attack: 16-way Ricochet Dream Cascade. Has a limited use (power-ups required), but can destroy everything on-screen in a multi-coloured burst of devastating power.

GLINT STARFLURRY'S TRANSPORT
The *Dream Ribbon* - a crimson Magic Carpet capable of endless flight and differing speeds.

THE GAMEPLAY & STORY
~There would be 50 levels (wishful thinking here) making it a massive game.
~Scattered throughout 'each' of these visually stunning environments would be 10 life-forms - each one imprisoned behind a different and extravagant "visual puzzle".
~The visual puzzles would very diverse and based on things like hand-eye co-ordination, quick reactions, memory, exploration, lateral thinking, mixing-and-matching colours and shapes, and all-out blasting.
~It would be Glint Starflurry's purpose (you the player) to fly on the Magical~Dream~Ribbon into each puzzle-zone and solve the puzzle in question using the four functions of the Rainbow-beam Laser.
~When each puzzle is solved, the imprisoned life-form would be freed - triggering a mini-cutscene telling a brief history of who the life-form is and how it came to be trapped. These mini-cutscenes could be viewed via a Gallery option.
~The visual puzzles could be attempted in any order. Whilst journeying from puzzle-zone to puzzle-zone, you would have to take out various Guardians of differing difficulty. This would serve as a kind of entertaining target practice.
~The game would be completed when all the life-forms scattered throughout the environments are liberated.

MUSIC & STYLE
Modern melodious symphony: euphoric trance techno - moving from uplifting hi-tempo to uplifting chill-out.
The general vibe of the game would be epic and dynamic, fast-paced and awe-inspiring - awash with vibrant colour, lush dreamworld vistas, dazzling lighting FX and truly explosive stylish violence.

That's it - the bare bones of what would be my perfect game: *Supernovian Sunrider*
