Is it possible to get hold of brand-new games from companies back catalogues? I was after wipeout 2097 PSone, abes exodus PSone, Castlevania: Symphony Night and DukeNukem Zero Hour N64, but must be brand new. Is it still possible to get these items new? And is it still possible to get games from companies old back catalogues?

I don't want send hand.

Ah yes, a very common problem....?

But surely, if you have a look around the bargain bins in some of the shops you will come across the games you want in very good condition, i know i have, and its not like these shops are going to sell you duff copies.

Might just be worth a look from time to time.

Because I'm a collecter of computer and video games and I want my extensive collection to be manufacture fresh/mint. I do own a few second hand games but they have awful strong perfume smells on them, and through use of these games my Playstation has now started to smell like strawberries! Strawberrie perfume?

Thank you Fantasy, I managed to buy Wipeout 2097 new. But it was from one of those 'mysterious' unknown company types. So I hope my C-details don't get hacked and my house doesn't go up in flames, over night.

Wipeout 2097 is still in stock with 'some' suppliers, Oddworld I had a quick search for and it's out of stock with most suppliers. I only checked one or two, so it's worth you searching a bit more.

Seek and ye shall find.

Google.co.uk is a great search engine, btw :)

Well if your in the UK, game, the online store, still have a big back catalogue of brand new games available.

You can access this by going to:
http://www.game.uk.com

Also note: - If you have a Game Reward Card, you can earn points on every purchase.

Another note: - What about special reserve? Have you tried special reserve for any of these games?

Not really sure. Think its a case of your going to have to contact the companies to see if they still produce the games. If they dont, i think you will be hard pushed to get the games brand new from the shops or anywhere else.

Probably the best option is to search the likes of Ebay or Free Adds for mint condition games or brand new.

Other than that im out of ideas.

Anyone else?
