if they can stop newbies posting in the prime topic, can you then use this kind of blocking against people such as FOOTBALL GOD who insist on starting hundreds of inane topics, if only temporary bans at a time which only let them reply in all threads, this would stop them posting The queen mother has died about 20 times on the site.
