In an interview with ‘the most influential man in video gaming’ Shigeru Miyamoto the guru of Nintendo, there were many important points he brought out, when asked what game have you been playing other than work related he replied Samba di Amigo, that’s right SEGA’s newest and best Dance-em up he said he played it with his kids, he preferred to play a game that he could enjoy with his family after a long day at work, other games might leave him in his room as a recluse. This shows his view of video games while he perhaps made the game that created most recluses - Zelda OoT he appreciates the need for fun family games. And It is a t SEGA he finds this.
So what, well when asked if any, what game do you wish you could have been involved in he replied Virtua Fighter - another SEGA offering. We shouldn’t worry whether or not a game is for a certain console, or start the Sony are best because…but Nintendo create their own…but SEGA have…We should be discussing games and what they offer bias towards a console isn’t worth arguing over. The games are what matters. It also tells us that SEGA have a worthy console. Don’t be swayed by loyalties to developers or impressions from the media, try the games before you moan about the system. Nintendo fans how do you feel when you find out that Mr Mario is playing a Dreamcast? Exactly… all the time wasted defending Nintendo, you could have been playing some great SEGA classics.
