Many of you may know me for being in the music forum alot, music is one of my loves. Thing is, I can't listen to it wherever I want because my headphones are crap for my Sony NW-E3 MP3 Player.

They came with Sony earphones which were broken and so I got these crappy Sanyo ones with no bass what-so-ever - rubbish!

Well now I need some earphones and don't know how good any of them are, I want them silver and sexy :-)

I know Sony ones are good quality but can you reccomend a certain type or brand?

Thanks,
MWA

Woah, haven't checked back here quick enough it seems.

I think I need to go aroudn and start testing all these 'phones. I would prefer earphones to headphones as they are more portable and thats what i'll be doing - going portable.

I'm not to mean to turn my music up REALLY loud when others are around trying to concentrate on something else e.g a book.

But, Ill look around.

Thanks for all the help.

Bass vibration - sounds cool, wacky too :-)

All that albeit talk reminded me of Adelbert Steiner from Final Fantasy IX.

I thought his name was maybe a lame play on Albert Einstein.

Or maybe not.

I'm not sure which make they are, but mine have Bass Vibration with it, so you can choose to have vibration during the song. It's cool, but eats up batteries like buggery, and is really just a novelty. I can only take Plug In Baby so many times before my ears begin to hurt :0)

Heh, exactly what I was thinking. {:)

Strange...we're having a conversation about the word "albeit" in a Gaming forum. Ah well, no one else seems to talk about gaming in here, so why not?

Really?? Cool. :D

Grix was trying to help me get it working, and when I asked him if it was the right socket and he didn't reply for a while. When he finally did, he was a bit confused.

I've just noticed something...the word "albeit" looks rather strange...ah well.

Funny you should say that Ant, but headphones can be used as microphones, and vice-versa I believe.

If you plug a headphone into a mic socket then one of the ear pieces can be used as a mic albeit a really bad one, but it does work.
