When you complete the game you get a closet key
Then when you load a cleared game get the key out of the box
and open the door behind the photo in the art room(Dagger Room)
and you can change your costume from your current STARS one.
Jill: Complete the game once to change to her Sarah Connor Costume
Jill: Complete it a second time and get Jills Resident Evil 3 Costume
Chris: Complete once to unlock Street style Brad Pitt costume
Chris: Complete again and unlock chrises Code Veronica X Costume
Rebecca: If you have a key on the third time round when you play as rebecca you can also change her costume to a Julia Robberts Street Style
The Best is the Resident Evil 3 Costume, But try it out for your self !
