Bad news for people who wanted CM4 before christmas. This was taken from bastion.co.uk.

Sports Interactive can finally reveal the news that all football fans have been waiting for: Championship Manager 4, the latest in the record-breaking series of football management computer games, will be released during February 2003.

"We're delighted to be able to end the months of speculation," says Miles Jacobson, managing director, Sports Interactive. "We would like to make it clear that although we had been hoping for the game to be released this year, we had to make the choice of cutting out a number of features or giving players the best game possible. We chose the latter."

Championship Manager 4 is the next generation of football management games, offering more player data, leagues and competitions than any other title. In addition, this version introduces a host of additional management options and features to offer an unparalleled level of detail
- with matches now presented in a brand-new real-time 2D match engine.

"Championship Manager 4 is the greatest leap the series has ever taken. It's the biggest game Sports Interactive has ever developed."

Championship Manager 4 will be published by Eidos Interactive during February 2003. The Official Championship Manager 4 Magazine, published by Future Publishing, will hit the streets on October 24th, complete with first-ever footage of the game.

Hey, you'd better shut up, because the Champ Manager games are some of the greatest games ever. Where else on this planet can you take Hull FC up to the top of the Premiership, huh? EXACTLY, only in Champ Manager (and possibly Real LifeŠ, but that's massively UNlikely).

And the moral of this story, kids? Don't mock Champ Manager!
