Hey folks, I got told today that the notables are elected by the people in the forums every three months. Can someone explain what happens and stuff please, Cheers.

Every three months the forum users vote for who they feel makes the forums a good place to visit - ie. the best posters

Then, the winner (or winnners in some cases) have their names urinated on, making them notables and giving them special powers (like the ability to ban people and win GAD whenever they want)
