The plot of the game is as follows:

Someone is impersonating Mario and spraying graffitti everywhere. Mario has to chase after him and clean the graffiti with his water gun, which also kills enemies. Not lieing, read NGC or Gamesmaster

USA are getting it August 26th

We havnt got a date yet. Most likely we will get it around Christmas.

Mario sunshine will be amazing whatever happens and everybody who disses the water gun is sad, it's like the wing cap or the feather,it grants mario the power to do cool stuff, in this case, shoot water.
