No, because it says at the end of the ad that PS2's aren't edible. I suppose you could sue if you claimed that you were illiterate and/or incompetant :-D

I think it prefer to play my ps2 and have a nice hot curry!

But then again,

When some people see that he may have gotten loads of compo sueing them for saying
"I was just doing what they were doing on the advert"

I would imagine that the world would turn into maniacs trying to sue loads of people by inflicting damage to themselves whenever they see an advert they think they could re-enact and claim because of damage and saying

"I was just doing what they were doing on the advert"
