I've seen many of those hamper ones and just seen a Boots one too!
Now every advert is going to have an annoying Christmas choon to it!

I work at Boots and all of the "3 for 2" things are up and the Christmas decorations have been on sale since September.
Yes folks buy any 3 gifts from our "3 for 2" range and get the cheapest free!

Christmas adverts are great, okay most of them suck but Christmas rules and crap adverts are obligatory this time of year.
Noticed all the stupid CD compilations of singers that haven't been heard of for years are being advertised once again, that's a sign of Xmas. Everything but the girl or some crap group 'best of hits' was on TV earlier.

Yep, probably will. I used to love Christmas, then I started working at Woolworths and ever since I'm just like the rest of the staff there, despite being the second youngest. We're the most cynical people in town about Christmas now...
However, one thing really annoys me. It comes round to Christmas eve, and I'm working, and you get all these idiots going "ah you've got to work Christmas Eve" or stuff like that. Excuse me, but they're doing shopping on one of the busiest days of the year, and spending this supposedly great day queueing up, when I'm getting paid time and a half to do little more than wander around the store, and I get to do my shopping there before we even open, and I get 20% off......
Boxing day working sucks...which is why we have Xmas temps :) ha ha ! New Years day is a laugh though - everyone is either half awake or still hung over, it's a dead quiet day, and we still get paid more.
