In the most mature way possible can somebody please explain to me the attracion of wrestling. What does it offer that an action film or a sports match doesn't and does it effect your enjoyment knowing it is all acted. thanks

Yes, we all know wrestling, especially WWF wrestling, is fake, and does it spoil our enjoyment of it? In the words of a World famous bald guy from Texas who likes to "stun" people, WHAT?!

Watch a match involving someone like Rob Van Dam or Kurt Angle, and tell me you're not impressed by their athleticism! WHAT?!

I like watching wrestling just to hear the wrestlers' entrance themes, some of those tunes OWN! Especially the ones for guys like Booker T (Can you dig it sucka?!) and Triple H (Time to play the game!).

Do you see?

Yep, there was not really any other storylines involving seperate wrestlers (Well I think there was a few) but really it was just one great big battle. Got to boring for me.

I thought the Alliance thing was alright until you knew it was going to end. The only problem was nothing else was really going on, it was just one story and you never really got to know some of the wrestlers.

Yeah 2001 was a poo year of wrestling.

The Alliance angle destroyed it.

Yeah 1999 also,

But i think that 1998 was the turning point for the WWF because thats when it got good.
Up until 2000 was good in my opinion.

Now (2002) its getting a bit better again.

2001 was rubbish. IMO.

Wrestling is more than a programme it's part of life. I spend more time talking about it than I do watching it. It takes the best bits from sport, drama and fighting and makes it into something truly great.
